早期开塞露纳肛对剖宫产术后肛门排气的影响

摘　　要：为探讨早期开塞露纳肛对剖宫产术后肛门排气的影响，将200例剖宫产产妇按照人院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，每组100例。对照组行常规处理，观察组在对照组的基础上术后6h给予开塞露纳肛，并比较子宫收缩的程度及产后机体恢复的情况。结果显示，两组产妇产后Oh、24h的宫底高度、下床活动时间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。但观察组产后72h的宫底高度低于对照组（P〈0．05），且观察组术后肛门排气困难的例数、肛门排气时间、排便时间、排尿时间显著少于或短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，早期开塞露纳肛能快速有效地促进剖宫产术后肛门排气，期间配合良好的护理，有利于提高产妇的舒适度。In order to discuss the influence of early administration into anus with Open plug dew on anal aerofluxus after cesarean section,200 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the time that be hospitalized,100 cases for each. Conventional management was given to the control group, while administration into anus with Open plug dew to the observation group 6 hour after op- eration additionally. Both groups were compared for the uterine contraction and postpartum recovery. The results showed that there was no significant differences in fundal height 6h and 24h after delivery,as well as time for ambulation between two groups（ P 〉0.05）;the observation group had a lower fundal height than the control group 72h after delivery（ P 〈0.05）;in the observation group, the number of cases with difficult anal aerofluxus was less than that in the control group,and time for flatus,defecation and urination was significantly shorter than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that early administra- tion into anus with Open plug dew can effectively and rapidly promote anal aerofluxus in patients after ce- sarean section. Parturients will feel more comfortable,if given excellent care at the same time.
