磷酸钠盐口服液与西甲硅油乳剂预防妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀

摘　　要：为观察磷酸钠盐口服液与西甲硅油乳剂口服在预防妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀中的效果。将行妇科腹腔镜手术患者150例随机分为两组，治疗组75例采用磷酸钠盐口服液和西甲硅油乳剂口服治疗，对照组75例采用单纯磷酸钠盐口服液口服治疗，并对两组术后腹胀、术后肠鸣音恢复时间及排气时间进行观察。结果显示，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，磷酸钠盐口服液与西甲硅油乳剂口服可以有效预防妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的发生。In order sion In preventing to observe the clinical efficacy of sodium phosphates oral solution and simethicone emul burbulence after gynecological laparoscopic surgery, 150 cases who underwent gyneco logical laparoscopie surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 75 cases for each. Sodium phosphates oral solution was given to the control group alone while to the treatment group in combination with simethicone emulsion. Both groups were observed for postoperative burbulence,time for rugitus sounds recovery and anal exhaust. The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that sodium phosphates oral solution and simethicone emulsion can effectively prevent burbulence after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
