通信协议宏在玻璃配料控制系统的应用

摘　　要：从玻璃配料控制系统和通信软件2方面详细介绍了一种基于RS485通信网络的玻璃配料控制系统设计方案,该方案主要是以杰曼仪表的RS485通信协议为基础,利用CX-Protocol软件编写了由发送配方、监测实时数据2个通信序列构成的RS485串口通信协议宏,实现了单台OMRON CJ2M可编程控制器与8台杰曼仪表的串行通信控制,监测各仪表的运行状态,最终达到较好的配料效果,同时数据跟踪结果也表明了该通信的较高通信精度。From the glass batching control system and communication software,it is introduces that a kind of glass batching control system design based on RS485 communication network.The program is mainly to Germaine instrument based on RS485 communication protocol,writes RS485 serial communication protocol macro using CX-Protocol software which is composed of sending formula,monitoring real-time data two communication sequence,realizes the serial communication control of the single OMRON CJ2M programmable controller and 8 Germaine instruments,monitors the operation of each instrument state,and ultimately achieves better batching effect,at the same time tracking data results shows that the higher precision of communication.
