摘　　要：MCS-51单片机的ALE信号,在单片机系统中的使用十分重要,但现有中文资料中叙述不够清楚。将SFR8EH的bit0位设为1或0,是否执行MOVC或MOVX,对ALE信号进行了详细测试及分析。测试结果清楚的给出了ALE波形图,为正确地使用ALE信号提供了准确参考。ALE of the MCS-51 microcontroller family,it plays a very important role in SCM system,but the description was ambiguous in existing Chinese data.Bit 0 of SFR location 8EH was set or cleared,whether a MOVX or MOVC instruction was run or not,ALE was carefully tested and analyzed.The test results clearly showed the ALE waveform,and provided the accurate references for how to correctly use ALE.
