摘  要:小秦岭地区某低品位氧化钼铅矿含Mo 0.078%、Pb 0.34%,钼氧化率64.20%,铅氧化率58.06%,有用矿物粒度较细且嵌布紧密。对该矿石按钼铅混合浮选—硫化钠法浸出氧化钼—浸渣浮选回收硫化钼及硫化铅的选冶联合工艺流程进行了试验研究。结果表明,在试验确定的工艺技术条件下,可获得Mo品位为64.03%的氧化钼,Mo品位为12.56%的硫化钼粗精矿,钼总回收率为75.06%,并可获得Pb品位为43.07%、铅回收率为66.17%的铅精矿。The low-grade oxidized wulfenite in Xiaoqinling area contains Mo 0. 078% and Pb 0. 34% , the rate of Mo and lead oxide are 64. 02% and 58.06% respectively, and the useful mineral is fine-grained and disseminated closely. This ore is studied by the benefieiation-metallurgy combination process:molybdenum lead bulk flotation- leaching molybdenum oxide by sodium sulfide method-recovery of molybdenum sulfide and lead sulfide by flotation from the leaching residue. As the results showed, the molybdenum oxide with the grade of Mo 64.03% , the molybdenum sulfide with the grade of Mo 12. 56% and the lead concentration with the grade of lead 43.07% were obtained under the conditions determined by experiments, and the total recovery rate of Mo and lead were 75.06% and 66. 17% respectively.
