大学生隐形眼镜佩戴行为与眼部不适症状关系

摘　　要：目的了解大学生隐形眼镜佩戴情况及其与非隐形眼镜佩戴群体眼健康状况的差异,探讨隐形眼镜佩戴行为与眼部不适症状的关系。方法随机抽取山东省济南市5所高校大学生1 675人,采用自制问卷匿名调查。结果济南市大学生隐形眼镜佩戴率为18.4%;佩戴者与非佩戴者在11种眼部不适症状上的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果表明,戴镜化妆是眼部干涩、眨眼困难的危险因素,OR值分别为1.367、1.352,戴镜洗脸洗澡是眼部干涩、眼球血丝血斑的危险因素,OR值分别为1.119、1.141,每日戴镜时间过长是眼球血丝血斑、眼部异物感、疼痛、流泪的危险因素,OR值分别为1.114、1.184、1.081和1.063,隐形眼镜到期继续使用是眼部异物感、疼痛、畏光、流泪的危险因素,OR值分别为2.093、1.759、2.279、1.713,戴镜过夜是眼睑水肿的危险因素(OR=1.261);定期搓洗隐形眼镜是眼睛痒、眼部异物感的保护因素,OR值分别为0.866、0.863,佩戴和摘取前洗手是畏光、球结膜水肿的保护因素,OR值分别为0.650、0.647,及时更换护理液是眼睛痒、眼球血丝血斑、疼痛的保护因素,OR值分别为0.677、0.650、0.660。结论隐形眼镜佩戴者的佩戴行为与眼部不适症状密切相关。Objective To examine current status of contact lens wearer and to compare the differences of eye health between contact lens wearer and non-contact lens wearer and explore the impact of contact lens wearing behavior on ocular discomfort among college students.Methods A total of 1 675 students were randomly chosen from five universities and colleges in Ji＇nan city and were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The percentage of wearing contact lens in the students was 18.4%.Contact lens wearer and non-contact wearer reported significant differences in 11 ocular discomforts（all P0.05）.The risk factors of ocular discomfort included using expired contact lens,increased daily wearing times,wearing contact lens when washing face,sleeping,taking bath or making up.The protective factors included washing hands before taking contact lens in and out,renewing contact lens care solution in time,and cleaning the contact lens regularly.Conclusion Ocular discomforts in contact lens wearer are closely related to contact lens wearing behavior.
