摘　　要：我国的民族发展扶持政策体系完整,内容全面。其内容涵盖民族政治、经济、文化、教育、人口等各个方面。以民族干部、人口、教育发展扶持政策为例,这些政策的实施,大大促进了各民族当家作主、发展繁荣和素质提升,切实体现了党和政府对扶持发展少数民族及地区的高度重视和殷切希望。但随着时代变迁和市场经济发展,传统的民族发展扶持政策存在的不足和问题也日益显现,迫切需要加快发展创新。因此,以促进民族现代发展和自我发展能力为目标,立足不同民族及地区的文化、资源特性与创造力,改革创新民族发展扶持政策,是新时期有效促进民族地区发展和最终实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要途径。Our national development support policies system is comprehensive which covers all aspects of the national politics,economy,culture,education,and population.With the national cadres,population,education development support policy as an example,the implementation of these policies,which greatly promoted the nationalities as masters of the country and the development prosperity and quality promotion,embody the Party and the government attach great importance and ardent hope to support and develop Minorities and regions.But with the changing times and the development of market economy,the shortcomings and problems of national development support policies have become increasingly apparent;there is an urgent need to accelerate the development of innovation.Therefore,in order to promote national modern development and self-development capability as the goal,basing on the culture of different nation and district,resources characteristics and creativity,reforming and innovating the national development support policies,are the important ways to effectively promote the development of national regions and finally realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.
