摘　　要：在对我国粮食主销区、主产区和产销平衡区农业政策性金融进行比较分析的基础上,运用面板数据模型实证检验了农业政策性金融对区域农业经济增长的影响。研究表明,在我国对农业政策性金融特殊的制度安排和职能定位下,农业政策性金融信贷规模区域差异明显,但信贷结构趋同,而且农业政策性金融仅对主产区农业经济增长具有显著的促进作用。为此,要结合区域农业经济特色,制定农业政策性金融区域发展战略。Based on the comparatively analysis of agricultural policy finance in the grain main - producing region, main- selling region, and equilibrium region in production and selling, the article empirically tests the im- pact of agricultural policy finance on regional agricultural economic growth by using panel data models. The result shows that under the special institutional arrangement and function orientation, agricultural policy finance has obvi- ous regional differences in loan scale but has no significant regional difference in loan structure, and agricultural policy finance has an obvious positive impact on agricultural economic growth only in grain main - producing re- gion. So, it is important to make the regional development strategy of agricultural policy finance according to re- gional agricultural economic characteristics.
