摘  要:为探讨分离自湖南省不同地区的42株猪源粪肠球菌的亲缘关系,采用扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)方法对此42株分离菌进行分型研究。结果表明,湖南地区分离到的粪肠球菌在基因上存在多样性,按照同源性为75%分类可以获得21种基因型;分离株CS64、CS81和CS86有着很近的亲缘关系,且所获得AFLP图谱与菌株毒力基因型有一定的相关性。本试验应用AFLP技术分析猪源粪肠球菌基因水平的差异,同时结合以往对分离株的初步鉴定,进一步确定了其所在种,并了解不同地理种群已出现了分化。To explore the genetic relationship of 42 strains of Enterococcus faecalis (from swine) isolated from different regions of Hunan Province, 42 strains were classified by using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) method. The results showed that strains had diversity in the gene, according to similarity of 75%, 21 genotypes can be classified; CS64, CS81 and CS86 had a close genetic relation and obtained AFLP map and virulence genotypes of a special correlation. This test applied AFLP to lyze the genetic differences, combined with the preliminary identification of strains, and further affi their location kinds. The different geographic populations had the differentiation.
