摘  要:研究骨伤宁软膏中红花药材的水提取工艺。通过预试验考察不同因素对提取工艺的影响,并进行3因素3水平正交试验,考察加水倍量、提取时间、提取温度等因素对骨伤宁软膏中红花药材提取的影响;工艺条件的考察指标为骨伤宁软膏药材水提取液中羟基红花黄色素A的含量及提取工艺的干膏率。通过紫外分光光度法测定骨伤宁软膏药材水提取液中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,并对该含量测定方法进行考察;通过对水提取液的浓缩干燥处理计算干膏率。结果表明,骨伤宁软膏中红花药材的最佳提取工艺条件为加水量为药材质量的15倍量,在70℃下温浸90min,提取2次。验证试验表明该提取工艺稳定,合理可行。To investigate the extraction condition of hydroxysafflor yellow A from Gushangning ointment with water. The factors were the water quantity times, the extraction time and the extraction temperature in orthogonal design test. The indexes of technological conditions were the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A and the dry paste rate. The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A was detected by UV spectrophotometry. The dry paste rate was detected by concentrating and drying the water extract. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction on herbs from Gushangning ointment were as follows the the ratio of the water to herbal medicine material 15 : 1, the extraction temperature 70℃ ,refluxing for 120 min, and repeat 2 times. The optimum conditions of extraction is reasonable and feasible.
