摘　　要：猪博卡病毒是细小病毒科细小病毒亚科博卡病毒属的新成员,于2009年首次从瑞典表现为断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征的发病猪体内被鉴定,目前世界上许多国家均已报道了本病的发生。论文就猪博卡病毒的实验室检测技术及病毒与疾病的相关性等方面做一综述,希望对该病的有效防控提供参考。Porcine bocavirus（PBoV）was considered as a new member of the genus Bocavirus of the subfamily Parvovirinae of the family Parvovirinae,which was first identified in Swedish swine herds suffering from postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome（PMWS）in 2009. At present, the occurrence of this disease has been reported in many countries in the world. Based on the published literatures, the relevance of the virus and disease and the detection methods of the PBoV were reviewed briefly,hoping for the majority of veterinary practitioners to provide reference on the deep understanding of the virus and effective prevention and control of the disease.
