摘　　要：液压调速器通用试验台为调速器提供了模拟柴油机匹配整定的反馈调试功能.文中阐述了试验台的工作原理、各部分硬件组成和功能,基于LabView仿真模块和实时模块建立了模拟实际柴油机的硬件在环仿真系统,设计了软件界面.对调速器进行检验、调试整定和故障分析的试验验证,证实了试验台工作的有效性.The universal test bench for diesel hydraulic governor provides an ability for feedback testing to imitate the actual matching calibration work. The structure and principle of the test bench and com- puter system based on hardware-in-loop simulation are introduced in detail. The user interface is es- tablished by using LabVIEW. The experiments for diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating for hydrau- lic governor are carried out to prove the effect of the test bench.
