摘　　要：随着石化企业信息集成度的提高,过程控制系统由封闭走向开放成为主流趋势,但是过程控制系统的安全问题仍然很突出。本文详细分析了当前主要采用的管理网/控制网络的2层结构现状和存在的安全问题,并结合企业信息集成的基础,提出了管理网/生产专网/控制网络的3层网络结构,并给出了生产专网的设计方案以及控制网络的信息安全管理策略。进而采用虚拟化技术来优化生产专网的应用结构。结合企业现有情况,开展了生产专网的建设和案例应用,取得了较好的效果,提高了过程控制系统的安全性。With the development of information integration in petrochemical enterprise, process control systems are becoming open from closed system, but they are faced with many serious security problems. In this paper, the security problems with two layers of management network and control network are analyzed in detail, and a three-layer structure of management, manufacture and control network is proposed based on the enterprise information integration. The scheme of manufacture private network （MPN） is then designed, and the strategy of information security management is also presented. The virtual technology is used to optimize the structure of MPN application systems. Based on the existing enterprise conditions, MPN is built and the case application is successfully carried out. Results show that the security of control network is improved.
