摘  要:在石化、化工生产中,界面计广泛用于两种互不相溶液体的界面测量。萃取塔的界面测量在聚甲醛装置中起重要作用,直接影响到反应物的纯度以及产品的质量。简述了几种常见界面计的测量原理及特点,结合聚甲醛装置中两种比较典型的实际工况逐一分析了界面计的选型,介绍了射频导纳界面计在聚甲醛项目中的应用,简述了界面计选型的原则及注意事项,供其他工程中界面计的设计选型借鉴参考。Interface meter is widely applied to measure two immiscible liquid interfaces in petrochemical and chemical plant. The interface measurement to extraction tower is very important in POM plant, and it directly affects the purity of reactant and product quality. The principle and characteristics of several traditional interface meters are briefly introduced. Combined with two typical actual working conditions in POM plant, the type selection is discussed in detail. The application of RF admittance interface meter in POM plant is described. The principle and notes for type selection is disclosed. It can be used as reference of interface meter type selection in other projects.
