摘　　要：为了保证高速公路改扩建工程的顺利实施,高速公路改扩建方案的选择越来越受到重视,然而目前尚未建立科学的扩建方案评价指标体系。因此,从技术可行性、经济合理性、管理服务水平等三个方面出发,建立高速公路改扩建方案评价指标体系,从而为高速公路改扩建的顺利实施提供依据。To ensure expressway expansion project being successfully completed, the selection of revamp scheme receives more and more attention. However, the effective and scientific evaluation system of reconstruc- tion and expansion scheme has not yet been established. Therefore, the index system of revamp scheme evaluation is proposed from aspects of technical feasibility, economic rationality and management services. It can provide ba- sis for the implementation of reconstruction projects.
