摘 要:轨道交通作为具有运能高、运速快与换乘便利等优势的新兴公共交通方式,正在逐渐成为上海北京等一线城市市民出行的主要选择。根据预测分析和国外经验表明,市域级轨道交通的客流变化将出现非常明显的"潮汐现象",即绝大多数客流选择在早晚高峰时间进行出行。由此,引起在低峰期产生的运力浪费非常值得关注。利用轨道交通的闲置运能开展物流快运可以有效解决低峰期运能空置的问题,其设想主要为通过合理调配并组织轨道交通剩余运能,提供一种快捷、安全的新型货物运输方式。As an emerging transport mode with high speed, mass capacity and the convenience of transferring, urban railway transport is gradually becoming one of the most acceptable choice for transport means in some big cities, such as Shanghai and Beijing. According to the statistics analysis and the foreign research experience, there exists the obvious tidal phenomenon in the trend of passenger flow of urban railway transport, which means the majority of the passengers choose to make their trips using the metro in the morning peak or evening peak of the day, leading the waste of transport capacity in the low peak to become increasingly noticeable. To solve the problem of such wasting, the using of the spare transport capacity to develop express logistics will be an efficient method. This assumption can offer a convenient, reasonable and safe way of logistics distribution and delivery by efficiently organizing and allocating the spare transport capacity.
