摘  要:高程控制是水利勘测、规划、设计以及工程建设的重要测绘基础工作,目前浙江省大中型水闸高程系统比较混乱,高程系统间的差值变化无常,没有统一的高程基准,从而给流域性防洪规划,统一洪水调度,防汛抗旱以及水闸安全管理各方面工作的顺利开展造成严重影响和危害,亟待组织人员收集分析有关资料,分流域编写项目技术设计书,形成各流域中大中型水闸的高程基准面测量的统一标准.Elevation control is the important basic surveying and mapping work in water conservancy survey, planning, design and construction. The elevation system of large and medium-sized sluice in Zhejiang province is in chaos, without ordered difference value nor unified height datum, resulting in serious influence on basin flood-control planning, unified flood regulation, flood control and drought relief and gate safety management. Therefore, some suggestions are talked about on how to collect and analyze relevant materials and how to edit project teehnology design basin by basin to form harmonized standard of height datum measurement for large and medium-sized gates in basin.
