校企联合培养药物制剂专业应用型人才模式探索

摘　　要：更新思想观念,创新人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,适应经济社会发展需求,是高等教育改革中亟待解决的核心问题。针对目前药物制剂专业人才培养现状,面向行业企业需求,探索构建校企联合培养应用型人才模式,对其中涉及的校企合作、课程体系建设、实践教学体系建设和师资队伍建设等关键过程作了阐述。Updating ideas, inaugurating training model, improving the quality of personnel training and meeting the needs of economic and social development are the core problems in higher education reform to be addressed. Aiming at the current status of personnel training for pharmaceutical preparations, the present article explores the cooperative pattern between college and enterprise with application-oriented talents, and illustrates the university-enterprise cooperation, constructions of curriculum system, practice teaching system, and teaching faulty.
