摘　　要：皖北文艺干校是地方音乐教育发展的初期形式,以文艺工作的实际需求为教学目标,注重技能培养,突出综合素质。它为专业音乐教育的学科化发展奠定了基础,其中所进行的教学模式探索仍值得当下多元音乐教育所借鉴,历史也应记住其曾有的贡献。The cadre training school of northern Anhui was the local music education in the early stage of the development of literary form, with teaching objectives of the actual demand, which focused on skills development and laighlighted the comprehensive quality. It laid the foundation of a professional music education discipline for the development, of which the exploration of teaching mode is still worth to draw lessons of the present pluralistic music education from. History should also rememher its contributions.
