摘　　要：黄淮四市与周边地区梯度差不断扩大,已具备承接产业转移的必要性与可行性。基于区域经济协调发展,黄淮四市要通过科学规划、协调合作、扬长避短加大承接产业转移的力度。As the gradient difference between the Huanghuai four cities and its surrounding areas contirmes to expand, it has the necessity and feasibility of undertaking industrial transfer. Based on the idea of coordinative development of inter- regional economy, the Huanghuai four cities must play scientific planning, cooperate in harmony and foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses in undertaking industrial transfer.
