摘　　要：当前,我国经济发展中面临的最重要的问题是居民消费需求不足,这主要是由于收入分配制度不合理造成的。应通过逐步提高居民收入在国民收入分配中的比重、增强财政的收入分配功能、完善社会保障体系等措施改革收入分配制度,扩大我国居民消费需求。At present, Chinab economic development is facing the most important issue that is the residents＇consumption demand is insufficient; this is mainly due to the unreasonable income distribution system. The residents＇consumption de- mand can be enlarged if we reform the income allocation system by increasing the proportion of residents income in the na- tional income, enhancing the financial income distribution function and perfecting social security system.
