摘　　要：当前,地方本科高校尤其是新建地方本科高校在国有资产管理建设方面还存在一些明显的问题,主要是思想认识上重购买、轻管理,工作方法上管理手段落后、效能不高,制度建设上观念滞后、不规范,以及校内各单位的资产调剂困难等。地方本科高校应提高认识,建章立制,强化国有资产管理观念,采取切实措施,加强国有资产管理,为建设节约型地方本科高校发挥更大的作用。At present, there are some obvious problems of the management of state-owned assets in local universities, espe- cia｜ly in newly built local undergraduate colleges, which are mainly as follows ： laying particular stress on the purchase and looking clown the management, the method of working management means backward, efficiency is not high, the system construction idea lag, is not standardized, and various units of asset transfers difficulty and so on. Local universities should enhance the understand- ing, establishing system, strengthen the state-owned assets management concept, take effective measures, strengthen the manage- ment of state - owned assets, play a more important role in construction managing model in local universities.
