摘  要:为提高集群创新环境下组织隐性知识的共享、吸收与创造,研究集群创新环境下隐性知识扩散效果因素、集群创新体制因素、集群创新主体因素等影响因素,基于三类影响因素建立集群创新环境下隐性知识扩散框架图,并以安徽省汽车产业集群为例,建立基于结构方程(SEM)的隐性知识扩散模型并进行模型验证,分析各影响因素对隐性知识扩散效果的作用关系,为促进集群内隐性知识扩散、提高集群环境下组织隐性知识的共享和知识创新提供决策依据。With the development of economic globalization, industrial clusters have become a global trend of economic rapid development. The regional agglomeration influence of the industrial clusters can produce the corre- sponding market size effect. And the innovation activities of enterprises in the cluster are easy to grasp and follow the market demands. These industry enterprises of industrial clusters form the complex network relationship when sharing and transferring products and knowledge. The enterprises in the clusters multi-stakeholder knowledge diffu-sion can reduce risk and improve the success rate of innovation activities. With the acceleration process of the social knowledge, knowledge is becoming a very important resource;while explicit knowledge is often difficult to meet the requirements of innovative enterprises, it need to promote organizational knowledge sharing and innovation ability by the diffusion of tacit knowledge. The research on tacit knowledge diffusion in industry clusters environment becomes a hotspot gradually. But tacit knowledge exists in individuals and groups with professional skills within the organiza- tion,it has not been expressed in language or in other explicit forms, such knowledge has the characteristics of high- ly personalized and difficult to be standardized. Here, tacit knowledge diffusion in industrial clusters refers to a vari- ety of information exchanged between the experience and skills within the industry cluster organizations. From an organizational perspective, tacit knowledge diffusion depends on the spatial distance proximity and face-to-face contact;from the individual point of view, it is often associated with specific knowledge of the owner (staffs). So, we need to do research from both perspectives of organization and individual to promote the tacit knowledge diffusion.
