摘  要:电能质量监测装置是智能化变电站的必要设备之一,其数据传输与储存是相关技术研究中的重要方面。结合IEC61850与PQDIF的特点,构建了电能质量监测装置IEC61850IED设备信息模型,利用IEC61850数据及数据集服务实现实时数据通信;采用XML文件方式,实现了历史统计数据与事件的PQDIF数据格式映射,通过IEC61850文件服务和PQDIF数据格式实现统计数据的上传。基于以上技术研究,形成了全新软硬件设计方案,设计并试制的电能质量监测装置通过第三方机构和专业软件检测,验证了方案与模型的正确性以及该电能质量装置的实用性。Power quality monitoring device is one of the necessary equipments in intelligent substations, and its data transfer and storage technology is an important research field. Based on the characteristics of IEC61850 and PQDIF, this paper builds an IEC61850 IED device information model for power quality monitoring devices, and realizes real-time data communication using IEC61850 data and data set service. PQDIF data format mapping between the historical statistical data and event data is realized using XML files, then statistical data could be uploaded by IEC61850 file services and PQDIF data format. Based on the above research, a new hardware and software design scheme is proposed. The design and trial production of power quality monitoring device has passed a third party professional and professional software testing. It verifies the correctness of programs and model of the power quality, as well as the usefulness of the device.
