摘 要:家蚕孤雌生殖系在家蚕性别控制、基因纯化及杂种优势产生机制研究等方面有着特殊的应用价值。为了筛选适合云南蚕区饲养的家蚕孤雌生殖系育种材料,以云南省保存的20个家蚕品种(品系)为材料,以温汤处理法处理蚕卵,调查不同品种(品系)的孤雌生殖发生率。供试家蚕品种(品系)中,B黄2的孤雌生殖发生率达77.3%,极显著高于其它品种,而夏芳B的孤雌生殖发生率仅为3.1%,品种间孤雌生殖发生率最大相差74.2个百分点;孤雌生殖发生率40%以上的品种多数为日系品种,且多数日系品种的孤雌生殖发生率在60%以上,中系品种除B黄2外其余品种的孤雌生殖发生率均低于37.0%。相关性分析表明,温汤处理诱导的家蚕孤雌生殖发生率与品种所属地理系统及总卵数都有一定相关性,总体上表现为日系品种较中系品种更易诱导发生孤雌生殖,总卵数高的品种孤雌生殖发生率也较高。Silkworm parthenogenetic lines have special application value in gender-controlling, gene purification, and in studies on mechanism of heterosis. In order to obtain parthenogenetic lines of silkworm as breeding materials suitable for rearing in Yunnan sericultural area, we took 20 silkworm varieties/strains preserved in Yunnnan Province as materials, treated their eggs with hot water, and then investigated the parthenogenesis rate of different varieties/strains. Among the tested silkworm varieties/strains, B huang 2 had a parthenogenesis rate up to 77.3%, being extremely significantly high- er over the other tested varieties, while Xiafang B had a parthenogenesis rate of 3. 1% only, showing a maximum differ- ence of 74.2 percentage points in parthenogenesis rate between different varieties/strains. Silkworm varieties with par- thenogenesis rate above 40% were mainly of Japanese strain and most of them had a parthenogenesis rate over 60%. Among varieties of Chinese strain, the parthenogenesis rate was below 37.0% except B huang 2. Correlation analyses showed that parthenogenesis rate of silkworm treated with hot water has correlations with the geographic strain and the total number of eggs of the variety. Generally, parthenogenesis was more easily induced in varieties of Japanese strain than in those of Chinese strain, and those with higher total number of eggs appeared to have higher parthenogenesis rate as well.
