摘 要:探讨变异山羊绒纱线的毛羽分布特征,选取了5个不同产区的典型变异山羊绒纱线,通过扫描仪首先对纱线的毛羽分布特征进行初步了解;然后通过放大镜观察山羊绒纱线的毛羽分布,特别是圈状纤维的高度分布和细毛尖纤维的长度分布,得到毛羽分布特征的柱形统计图。通过分析表明:变异山羊绒纱线表面主要有圈状纤维、细毛尖纤维以及由于变异引起的亮毛梢纤维。数据表明,圈状纤维主要集中在0~2 mm的高度范围内,细毛尖纤维主要集中在0~4 mm的高度范围内,二者的图像都呈现单峰状;通过在纤维测量投影仪下观察亮毛梢纤维,发现亮毛梢纤维不仅带有正常绒纤维的特征,又有粗毛的髓腔结构,并且具有明显的细度变化。We select five typical variational cashmere yarn in five typical different producing areas to investigate the hairiness distribution characteristics. Firstly, we have a preliminary understanding of yarn hairiness distribution characteristics by the scanner. Second, we can observe the distribution characteristics of hairiness of cashmere yarn by the magnifying glass, especially the height distribution of fiber which bent to circle and fine ending cashmere fiber length distribution, and get the cylindrical statistical figure of hairiness distribution. The analysis shows that, the surface of variational cashmere yarn mainly contains: fiber which bent to circle, fine ending cashmere fiber and the shining ending cashmere fiber caused by variation. The data shows that, the fiber which bent to circle mainly concentrated in 0 ~ 2 mm height range, fine ending cashmere fiber length mainly concentrated in fiber 0 ~4 mm height range, both the image show the single-peak shape. The end, under the fiber measuring projector, we found that shining ending cashmere fiber with not only the characteristics of normal hair fiber and the hirsute medullary cavity structure, but also has the obvious fineness changes.
