摘  要:为研究支撑台与试样形状对悬垂性的影响,自制悬垂性测试装置,设计面积相同的圆形、椭圆、三角形、梯形、六边形和十字形共6种支撑台。然后选取7种常见毛织物,并将试样裁成与支撑台相同的形状在自制装置上测试悬垂性,用AutoCAD软件处理各悬垂图像,最后借助描述性统计分析与方差分析对所测数据进行统计,得到:试样形状和支撑台形状都对悬垂系数有显著影响,且二者有明显的交互作用。椭圆形试样和六边形支撑台分别是试样形状和支撑台形状这2个因素中使悬垂系数的边际均值达到最大的水平;椭圆形试样+六边形支撑台的组合能最好地体现面料的悬垂差异。In order to study effect of the shape of supporting disk and sample on the fabric draping performance, a simple fabric draping performances testing device was made and six different kinds of supporting disk were designed, that were circle, elliptic, triangular, trapezium, hexagon and cross. Then seven common wool fabrics were picket and made into the same shape with the supporting disk to test fabric drape. After that, Auto CAD was used to process the draping image. At last by descriptive statistical analysis and variance analysis, the following conclusions had been got: shape of sample and supporting disk both had significant influence on fabric drape and they had obvious interaction. Elliptic sample and hexagon supporting disk were the two levels that made the marginal mean of drape coefficient maximum in the factors of sample shape and supporting disk shape. The combination of elliptic sample plus hexagon supporting disk could reflect drape differences best.
