摘 要:目的:考察高压煎药机不同煎煮条件对补阳还五汤剂质量的影响,确定最佳煎煮工艺。方法:采用正交试验法对煎煮加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间及煎煮温度进行考察,以总固体、阿魏酸及黄芪甲苷含量为考核指标。HPLC测定阿魏酸及黄芪甲苷含量。结果:正交试验方差分析表明,各因素影响顺序为加水量>温度>浸泡时间>煎煮时间,4个因素对提取工艺均无显著性影响。补阳还五汤的最佳煎煮工艺为药材饮片加12倍量水浸泡30 min,煎煮60 min,煎煮温度120℃。结论:该优选工艺及技术参数为高压煎药机制备黄芪甲苷及阿魏酸类为主要成分的中药汤剂提供了理论依据。Objective:To investigate effect of different boiling conditions on quality of Buyang Huanwu decoction by high-pressure decoction machine,and optimize boiling process.Method:With total solid content,the content of ferulic acid and astragaloside as indexes,orthogonal test was used to analyze effect of four factors including soaking time,the amount of water,boiling time and boiling temperature.The content of ferulic acid and astragaloside were determined by HPLC.Result:Orthogonal test analysis of variance showed that order of influence factors:the amount of waterboiling temperaturesoaking timedecoction time,none of these factors had significant impact on extraction technology.Optimum boiling technology of Buyang Huanwu decoction was:medicinal pieces soaked 30 min with 12 times the amount of water,decoction time 60 min,boiling temperature of 120 ℃.Conclusion:This optimized technology and technical parameters provided theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine decoction with ferulic acid and astragaloside as main ingredients,which was prepared by high-pressure decoction machine.
