摘  要:目的:建立碳糊电极(CPE)阳极吸附伏安法测定中成药及保健品中槲皮素的方法。方法:用石墨粉-液体石蜡(4:1)制备CPE,在HAc-NaAc(pH 3.6)缓冲液中,槲皮素在0.401 V(vs.Ag-AgCl)产生一灵敏的吸附氧化峰。结果:槲皮素浓度在3.13×10-7~1.0×10-5mol.L-1与峰电流呈良好的线性关系(r=0.996 0),检出限为2.1×10-8mol.L-1,应用该法测定中成药及保健品中的槲皮素取得了较好的结果。结论:该法准确可靠、经济实用,可用于槲皮素的测定。Objective:To establish the determination method of quercetin in Chinese patent medicine and health-care product by carbon paste electrode(CPE)anodic adsorptive voltammetry.Method:The CPE was prepared by carbon powder and liquid paraffin(4∶1),in a acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution(pH 3.6).Quercetin gives a sensitive adsorptive oxidation peak at 0.401 V(vs.Ag-AgCl).Result:The linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration was found between 3.13×10-7-1.0×10-5mol · L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.996 0,and the detection limit was 2.1×10-8mol · L-1.The method was applied to the analysis of Chinese patent medicine and health-care product and has achieved good results.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable,economical and practical.
