摘　　要：目的:建立双氢青蒿素软胶囊中双氢青蒿素含量测定的方法。方法:采用Dika Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以0.1 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH 2.5)-乙腈(65∶35)为流动相;流速0.8 mL.min-1;检测波长为234 nm,柱温18℃。结果:双氢青蒿素在8～40μg.mL-1线性良好,r=0.999 92,平均回收率99.6%,RSD 0.66%。结论:该法操作简便、快捷、准确;适用于双氢青蒿素软胶囊中双氢青蒿素含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for the assay of dihydroartemisinin from Dihydroartemisinin Soft Capsules.Method：The assay was performed by a Diamonsil C18 columm（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） and a mobile phase of 0.1 mol · L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（pH 2.5）-acetonitrile with radio of 65∶35,and the flow rate was 0.8 mL · min-1.The wavelength of detector was set at 234 nm and the column temperature was at 18 ℃.Result：Dihydroartemisinin has a good linearity in the range of 8-40 μg（r=0.999 92,n=5）,and the average recovery is 99.6% with RSD 0.7%（n=9）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate and suitable for the determination of dihydroartemisinin in Dihydroartemisinin Soft Capsules.
