产学研协同创新的知识协同过程研究

摘　　要：本文总结分析了产学研协同创新及其知识协同的概念与特性,基于知识协同的前提条件从准备、运行、终止三个阶段构建了产学研协同创新的知识协同过程模型,并对其过程中的关键环节予以描述。同时从环境因素、协同意愿、产学研合作模式、知识差异四方面探讨了产学研协同创新中知识协同过程的影响因素,建立了影响因素作用的框架模型。This paper summarizes and analyzes the concept and features of Industry-university-research institute （IUR） collaborative innovation and its knowledge collaboration. Based on the analysis of the preconditions of knowledge collaboration it builds a knowledge collaboration process model of IUR collaborative innovation from the preparation, operation and termination three stages, and describes the key link in the process. Then it builds an influencing factors model of IUR knowledge collaboration process from aspects of environ-ment, willingness, cooperative mode and knowledge difference.
