资源产业链视角下循环经济“铜陵模式”研究

摘　　要：作为国家循环经济首批试点城市,有必要对铜陵市循环经济的发展特色、发展成效及经验加以总结、提炼,为同类型城市转型发展、走新型工业化道路提供新动力,为全国其他城市发展循环经济提供借鉴。本文以铜陵市循环经济发展的主要指标为研究对象,在铜、硫、石灰石等产业链物质流实证分析的基础上,定量分析了循环经济指标完成情况,研究了以资源产业链为特征的循环经济"铜陵模式"。概括地说,企业减量化,行业的耦合,能量的梯级利用和资源的综合利用体现了"铜陵模式"的核心思想。循环经济"铜陵模式"的研究,既立足于现有产业,又高于现有产业,紧紧围绕现有产业优势,以循环经济新的生产模式、经营理念和管理技术,融入到铜陵市经济社会发展之中。As a national circular economy pilot city, it is necessary to summarize the development of circular economy characteristic, effectiveness and experiences of Tongling City. To study the cycle of economic indicators of Tongling City, this paper analyzes the cycle economic indicators, based on empirical analysis of the material flow of copper, sulfur, limestone industrial chain. The resources in- dustry chain is characterized by circular economy ＂Tong]ing mode＂. Recycling economy ＂Tong, ling model＂ of research, is not only based on existing industry, but also higher than the existing industry, tightly around the existing industrial advantages to the new pro-duction model of circular economy, business ideas and management techniques, into the city among the economic and social deveLop-ment.
