摘  要:大学生认知水平影响其就业难度。通过问卷调查,全面了解大学生能力认知、兴趣认知、性格认知及专业认知现状,分析大学生认知水平与就业难度之间的关系。结果显示,大学生认知水平对就业难度影响较大,各项认知对就业难度的影响程度不一。该结论可以为大学生完善认知结构、降低就业难度提供一定的指导,也可以为高校就业指导部门提供一定的借鉴。The cognitive level determines the objectivity,rationality,and scientific nature of people's judgment.The cognitive level of college students will influence the rationality and scientific nature of job-hunting process,thus affecting the degree of difficulties they expect in the job-hunting.In the presenting study,we designed a questionnaire to comprehensively understand the current levels of students' cognitive ability in perception,interests,personality and the specialty.Based on the data of the questionnaire,we analyzed the relationship between college students' cognitive level and the degree of difficulties they expect in the job-hunting.The results showed that college students' cognitive level has great influence on the degree of expected difficulties in job-hunting,and the influence varies depending on the type of cognitive ability.In conclusion,the results of our study provided guidance for college students to perfect their cognitive structure,and for colleges and universities to improve career guidance.
