摘　　要：大学生作为社会发展的重要人力资源,其就业是关系到个人前途和全社会发展稳定的大事,是中国现阶段必须面对和加以重视的现实问题。进行大学生职业生涯规划的理性探究,指导大学生职业生涯规划教育实践,具有重大而深远的意义。The career recruitment of university students,an crucial human resource for the stability of the society as a whole,is closely related to their future and the sustainable development of the society and thus it is a crucial issue for the nation and universities.It is of vital importance,therefore,to probe systematically and rationally into the career education so that students are better informed and trained in their career planning.
