摘　　要：文章对超细腈纶、细特粘胶和维勒夫特的物理性能进行了分析,针对不同原料的特点制定了纺纱工艺流程,开发了A/R/VILOFT 60/20/20,19.2tex针织混纺纱,对纺纱工艺参数进行了优化,并对纺纱过程中出现的主要技术难点作了研究。The properties of superfine acrylic, fine denier viscose and viloft fiber were analysed. The spinning process was formulated according to the characteristics of different fibers. The A/R/ VILOFT 60/20/20,19.2 tex knitted blended yarn was developed. The spinning parameters were optimized, the main technical difficulties occurred in the process of spinning were researched.
