摘  要:以5种杨树1年生幼苗为材料,采用盆栽试验对其在不同盐分质量分数(CK、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%)下的相对苗高增长率、苗木存活率、细胞膜透性、脯氨酸质量分数、保护酶活性、叶绿素等13项指标进行了动态监测,并对生长指标和生理指标分别用隶属函数法进行了综合评价。结果表明:生长指标和生理指标具有较好的一致性;黑杨派杨树速生性好,但耐盐力较弱,转基因中天杨(JY-34)和派间杂交品种在耐盐力方面表现出一定的优势。5种杨树无性系的耐盐力大小顺序为JY-34>JY-44>JY-46>JY-26>JY-33。转基因中天杨可以在天津盐碱地区推广应用。A pot experiment was conducted to study the dynamic changes in relative high growth rate, survival rate, cell mem- brane permeability, praline content, activities of protective enzymes, and chlorophyll content of one-year-old seedlings of five poplar clones under different salt stress ( CK, 0.4%, 0.5%, and 0.6% ). The growth indexes and physiological in- dexes were assessed by using subordination function method. Results show that there is high consistency between the growth indexes and the physiological indexes. Poplar clones in the section Aigeiros (Duby) have fast growth rates but low salt tolerance. The genetically modified Populus x xiaozhuanica ' Zhongtian' and hybrids between varieties exhibit better performance in salt tolerance. The salt tolerance of Populus x xiaozhuanica ' Zhongtian' is the highest, followed by P. si- monii x P. euphratica ' Liaohu 1' , P. x xiaozuanica ' poplar' , Populus ' Zhonghe 2' , and Populus x ' Lulin-l'. P. x xiaozhuanica ' Zhongtian' can be applied to saline and alkaline land in Tianjin.
