摘 要:雷电是对流性天气造成的主要灾害之一,随着哈尔滨城市的发展,伴随微电子器件和信息技术的广泛应用,雷电灾害越来越严重。通过对哈尔滨市2009年10月—2010年9月雷电资料的分析,结果表明:哈尔滨市的地闪以负地闪为主,占总地闪次数的91.74%,且多数地闪出现在7月份;雷电流强度|I|≥20 kA的地闪占总地闪次数的83.44%;哈尔滨市北部受闪击的次数明显高于南部,与地闪次数密度分布相对应。雷电流强度高的地区,地闪次数也相对较高,反之亦然。A study was performed to analyze the characteristics of electric field at the surface of ground in Harbin based on the lightning data collected between October 2009 and September 2010. Results showed that 91.74 percent of the ground dis- charges were negative, and most of them occurred in July. The ground discharges with absolute value of lightning intensity greater than or equal to 20kA accounted for 83.44% of the total. According to the density distribution, the number of lightning strikes occurred in the northern regions was dearly higher than that in the southern regions. The number of ground discharges in the regions with high lightning intensity was relatively high, and vice versa.
