摘 要:在硅锌矿结晶釉基础上引入氧化锰制备MnO2-ZnO-SiO2系结晶釉,主要研究了釉料配方组成及烧成制度对釉面结晶效果的影响。结果表明:当硅锌矿结晶釉中加入MnO210wt%-15wt%,熔融温度为1230℃、保温lOmin、析晶温度1160℃、保温30min条件下,可获得晶形完整、单个晶体呈柱状、集合体呈扇形纹样的红褐色结晶釉。MnO2-ZnO-Si02 crystalline glaze was prepared by adding Mn02 into the willemite crystalline glaze. The effects of the batch formula and firing system on the glaze were studied. The results show that a fine reddish brown crystalline glaze with well-grown crystals, each configured in a rodlike shape, but clustering in a fan-shaped pattern in collection, could be obtained when the glaze was doped with 10wt%-15wt% Mno2, melted at 1230℃ for lOmin and re-crystaUized at 1160℃ for 30min.
