摘 要:以石灰釉为基础釉,氧化铜为着色剂,碳化硅、碳为还原剂,采用自还原法制备高温生料铜红釉。研究了着色剂的含量、还原剂的种类及用量对釉面呈色的影响。结果表明:在基础釉中外加CuO 0.8wt.%~1.0wt.%,SiC1.0wt.%~1.2wt.%,在1280℃、保温10min的条件下,可获得光泽度好、呈色效果佳的铜红釉。采用SEM、XRD测试手段对釉的显微结构和物相组成进行表征,揭示了釉面的呈色效果与配方、显微结构和物相组成之间的关系。High temperature raw copper red glaze was prepared with self-deoxidation method using lime glaze as based glaze, copper oxide as the coloring agent and silicon carbide or carbon as the reducing agent. The effect of the content of colorant, type and amount of the reductant on the glaze color were studied. The results show that the copper red glaze of good gloss and color may be obtained when adding ratio of CuO 0.8 wt.%~l.0wt.%,SiC 1.0wt.%~1.2 wt.% at the firing temperature of 1280~C for 10min. The copper red glaze was analyzed by means of SEM, XRD, and relationship between batch formula, microstructure and coloring performances were investigated.
