摘 要:针对小功率光伏并网系统,提出了一种基于两级式无变压器光伏并网系统,具有单相有源滤波功能。该系统不仅能将有功功率注入到电网,而且能起到有源滤波器的作用消除非线性负载产生的谐波和无功。在光伏系统中去除变压器结构可以有效地减少损耗,降低成本,缩小体积。但是由于在太阳能电池阵列和地之间存在寄生电容,变化的共模电压产生的共模电流(也称漏电流)将会通过虚拟的寄生电容流入大地,给人身安全带来威胁。本系统采用不会产生变化的共模电压的H5拓扑结构。仿真和实验结果证明了本文控制方法和拓扑结构的可行性。For lowpower gridconnected applications, a singlephase active power filter based on a doublestage gridconnected photovohaic system without transformer is proposed in this paper, which can not only inject photovoltaic (PV) power into utility but can always act as an active power filter to compensate the load harmonics and reactive power. In PV applications, it is possible to remove the transformer in the inverter to reduce losses, costs and size, however, which will bring in some safety issues caused by the stray capacitance between the PV panels and ground. Dangerous commonmode current (also called leakage current) generated by varying common mode voltage will inject into ground through the parasitic capacitance. H5 topology inverter that generates no varying commonmode voltage has been used in this paper. The feasibility of control strategy and system topology is verified by the simulation and experimental results.
