摘　　要：针对国内兆欧表量程范围小使用不方便的实际情况,介绍了一种基于TL594开关电源集成控制器设计的数字兆欧表中使用的高压直流电源。通过调整反馈回路结构,改变TL594开关电源集成控制器输出端占空比,经变压器和倍压电路处理后改变高压幅值。通过该设计的应用,银川某公司兆欧表顺利实现了增加档位且工作性能稳定。该设计对拓宽兆欧表的量程范围,降低生产成本,有一定的参考价值。According to the real situation of domestic megger range of small inconvenient, this paper introduce a high-voltage DC power supply in the digital megger based on the TL594 integrated switching power supply controller. By adjusting the feedback loop structure, changed the duty cycle of the output of the TL594 integrated switching power supply controller, and processed by the transformer and voltage double circuit to change the high- voltage amplitude.A company megger smooth to increase the stall and stable performance in Yinchuan.This solution is useful to broaden the range of megger and lower cost.
