摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定银黄含片中10个活性成分(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素及汉黄芩素)的含量。方法:色谱柱:AkzoNobel Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;分段变波长测定;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL·min-1。结果:10个成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,加样回收率为97.3%～99.1%。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于银黄含片的质量标准提高研究。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination the contents of 10 active constituents（neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid C,baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein and wogonin）in Yinhuang buccal tablets.Methods：The chromatographic separation was achieved with a AkzoNobel Kromasil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous with gradient elution was adopted as the mobile phase,and changeable detection wavelength was applied.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results：All the 10 compounds showed good linearity in the range of the tests concentration.The RSD of the precision,reproducibility and stability tests were all less than 3%,the average recoveries were between 97.3%-99.1%.Conclusion：This method is simple,sensitive,and accurate,which can be used for quality control of Yinhuang buccal tablets.
