鬼针草叶治疗更年期女性中重度干眼症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究鬼针草叶治疗更年期女性中重度干眼的临床效果。方法:该研究为前瞻性随机对照研究。96例(96眼)女性中重度干眼症患者(40～50岁)被随机分为2组:A组鬼针草叶(48例)和B组维生素C(48例)。2组均加用羟糖甘滴眼液滴眼治疗;分别在治疗前和治疗后3,7,28 d各时间点检测并评定患者干眼主观症状、OSDI、泪膜4项,治疗前后及2组间均进行方差分析和样本均数或中位数差值分析。结果:治疗前,2组患者各症状、检测指标之间差异无统计学意义;治疗28d后,鬼针草叶组中重度干眼的样本均数差,均较治疗前明显改善,OSDI及泪膜4项较治疗前也均有不同程度改善;维生素C组治疗28 d后,中重度干眼的样本均数差值,均较治疗前无明显改善,OSDI及泪膜4项较治疗前也未见明显好转;2组患者OSDI,BUT,SIT,泪河高度及FL相比,差异均有显著性。结论:鬼针草叶可有效减轻中重度更年期干眼女性的症状和体征,具有一定的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of spanishneedles leaves on middle and severe xerophthalmia of meno- pausal females. Method： This study was a prospective random controlled trial. Ninty-six menopausal females diagnosed with xeroph- thalmia （aged from 40 to 50） were randomly divided into in two groups： group A＇the spanishneedles leaves group （n = 48） and group B＇the control group （ n =48）. Both groups were treated with Forte Eye Drops. All patients were detected at 3,7, 28 h before and after treatment to evaluate subjective symptoms, OSDI and four tear film indicators. Variance analysis and differential analysis on sample av- erage or median were made on both groups before and after treatment. Result ： There were no significant difference in symptom and dic- tion indicators between both groups before treatment For 28 d after treatment, among middle and severe xerophthalmia samples of the spanishneedles leaves group, the mean differences showed significant improvement compared with that before treatment , OSDI and four tear film indicators also showed improvement to varying degrees. For 28 d after treatment, among middle and severe xerophthalmia sam- ples of the Vitamin C group, the mean differences showed no significant improvement compared with that before treatment , OSDI and four tear film indicators also showed no remarkable improvement. There were significant differences in OSDI, BUT, SIT, height of tear meniscus and FL between both groups. Conclusion ： Spanishneedles leaves can effectively improve symposiums and signs of middle and severe xerophthalmia among menopausal fenlales and thus showing clinical significance to some extent.
