摘 要:目的:研究生藤中乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离5个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香脂素(Ⅰ),diasyringaresinol(Ⅱ),表丁香脂素(Ⅲ),justiciresinol(Ⅳ),threo-4',4″,7″,9″-tetrahydroxy-3,3',3″,5-tetramethoxy-4,8″-oxy-7,9'∶7',9-diepoxylignan(Ⅴ)。结论:5种化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study on chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract part of Stelmatocrypton khasianum. Method: Ethyl acetate extract part were isolated and pured by silica gel column chromatography, MCI and Sephadex LH-20, Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data analysis (IH-NMR and13C-NMR). Result: Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract part, they were identified as syringaresinol ( ] ), diasyringaresinol ( Ⅱ ), episyringaresinol ( HI ), justiciresinol ( IV ), threo- 4', 4 7, 9-tetrahydroxy-3, 3', 3, 5-tetramethoxy-4, 8-oxy-7,9': 7',9-diepoxylignan ( V ). Conclusion : Five kinds of compounds were isolated from S. khasianum for the first time.
