摘  要:目的:建立炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和汉黄芩素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH 3.0),梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长265 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和汉黄芩素的线性范围分别为3.838~115.1(r=0.999 8),15.51~465.2(r=1.000 0),7.005~210.1 mg.L-1(r=1.000 0),方法回收率均不低于98%。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,可用于该制剂的质量控制的评价。Objective: A HPLC method was established for the determination of berberine hydrochloride, baicalin and wogonin in Yankening Pian. Method: Shim-pack VP-ODS (4.6 mm x250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water, which was adjusted to pH3.0 by 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution and triethylamine by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL ~ min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Result: The HPLC method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3. 838-115.1 mg ~ L-~ (r =0. 999 8) for berberine hydrochloride, 15.51-465.2 mg· L-1 (r = 1. 000 0) for baicalin, 7. 005-210. 1 mg. L-1 (r = 1. 000 0) for wogonin. Recoveries for the three components were all above 98%. Conclusion: The methods is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be used for the quality control of the tablets.
