摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定青萘伯喹片中萘酚喹含量。方法:采用Diamonsil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);乙腈-0.25%二乙胺溶液(磷酸调节pH至2.5)(23∶77)为流动相,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为342 nm,柱温25℃。结果:萘酚喹在0.16～0.8 mg.L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 976,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.56%,RSD 0.32%(n=9)。结论:该法操作简便、准确,适用于复方制剂青萘伯喹片中萘酚喹的含量测定。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determinetion of naphthoquine in antimalaria drug Artemisinine Naphthoquine Primaquine Tablets. Method： The assay was performed by a Diamonsil ODS Cls columm （4.6 mm ×250 ram, 5 p,m） and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.25% diethylamine with radio of 23：77 （pH 2.5, adjusted with phosphoric acid） , and the flow rate was 0. 8 mL＇min-i The wavelength of detector was set at 342 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 25 C. Result： Naphthoquine has a good linearity in the rang of 0.16-0.8 tLg （r=0.9999）, and the average recovery was 99.56% with RSD of 0.32% （n=9）. Conclusion： The method was simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of naphtoquine in Artemisinine Naphthoquine Primaquine Tablets.
