枫蓼肠胃康分散片的质量研究

摘　　要：目的:建立枫蓼肠胃康分散片质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对处方中的牛耳枫、辣蓼进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对样品中的芦丁进行含量测定。结果:薄层鉴别的分离度好、专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定芦丁进样量在0.8～1.6μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD 0.7%。结论:所建立的方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish the quality standards of Fengliao Changweikang dispersible tablets. Method ： Daphniphyllum calycinum and Polygonum hydropiper were indentified by TLC, and the content rudin was determined by HPLC. Result： The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Rudin showed a good liner relationship at a range of 0. 8-1.6 ~g （r = 0. 999 2） , and the average recovery rate was 98.2% with RSD of 0.7%. Conclusion： The method is reliable, accurate and specific, and it can be used for quality control of this preparation.
