摘  要:目的:观察天麻素与异钩藤碱合用前后异钩藤碱在SD大鼠肝脏的分布变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定异钩藤碱与天麻素合用前后异钩藤碱在SD大鼠肝脏中的含量。色谱条件:WatersTM色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,RP 18.5μm);流动相甲醇-水(70∶30),pH 8.0,流速0.8 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm,进样量20μL。结果:异钩藤碱对照品在肝脏组织中在0.16~4.0 mg.L-1具有较好的线性关系;异钩藤碱与天麻素配伍前后在肝脏中的分布无显著性差异。结论:天麻素有一定的降低异钩藤碱在肝脏分布的作用。Objective: To observation the distribution of isorhynchophyline in liver tissues before and after compatibility with gastrodin and isorhynchophylline in rats. Method: HPLC was employed to determinate the isorhynchophyline in liver tissuesin rats before and after compatibility with gastrodia and unicaria; analyticalcolumn was WatersTM (4.6 mm x250 ram, RP 18.5 pm) ; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (70: 30) , pH 8.0, fluid rate was 0. 8 mL rain-1 ; the column temperature was 30 C , the detector wave length was set at 254 nm, the sample amount is 20 p.L. Reslut: Isorhynchophyline in liver and kidney tissues was linear in the range of 0. 16-4.0 mg L-1. There were no significant differences in liver tissues of SD rats before and after compatibility. Conclusion: Gastrodin has a certain effects reduction in the liver tissues distribution.
