直视插入连续灌流式尿道膀胱镜的创制与应用

摘　　要：目的介绍直视插入连续灌流式膀胱镜的构造和临床应用效果。方法在原硬性膀胱镜的基础上,增加改造闭孔器和操作器,使之成为进水的同时可出水的连续灌流装置。76例患者行膀胱镜检查和治疗。结果 76例均成功实施相关检查和治疗,无尿道损伤、膀胱穿孔及膀胱痉挛等并发症,无1例操作中断而失败。结论该器械设计合理,操作简单,视野清晰,安全实用。[Objective]Introduce the structures and clinical application effect of the urethra cystoscope with the style of direct vision,insert and continuous irrigation streaming.[Methods]On the basis of the original rigid cystoscope,we increase transformed obstruction and operators and make them become a device of continuous irrigation streaming which water can run into and in the meantime it can run out of.The patients（76 cases） are examined and treated with cystoscope.[Results]Recent examination and treatment were successfully performed on the patient（76 cases）.There are no complication,such as urethral injure,bladder operation and bladder spasm.No one case of operation interrupts or fails.[Conclusion]The design of this instrument is reasonable.Operation is simple visual field is clear and usage is safe.
