摘  要:目的探讨长白山道地黄芪水提取液抗运动性疲劳的部分机制。方法将40只昆明种小鼠随机分为黄芪水提取液大、中、小剂量组和对照组,每天分别给予0.4、0.2和0.1 g/kg黄芪水提取液及蒸馏水灌胃21d,第22天强迫小鼠负重游泳40 min,测定血清中尿素氮、乳酸、肌酐含量和腓肠肌中肌糖原含量;另取40只小鼠,分组、处理和负重游泳同前,之后将小鼠放进密闭广口瓶中,记录5 min耗氧量和存活时间,测定血红蛋白含量。结果黄芪水提取液大、中、小剂量组小鼠血清中尿素氮含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),肌酐含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),腓肠肌中肌糖原含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);黄芪水提取液大剂量组小鼠5 min耗氧量和血红蛋白含量明显大于对照组(P<0.05),存活时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过肌糖原的储备增加运动时能量供应,减少磷酸肌酸和蛋白质代谢供能,并通过增加血红蛋白含量,提高携氧能力是长白山道地黄芪水提取液抗运动性疲劳的机制之一。【Objective】 To investigate the mechanism of Changbaishan Huangqi extract(CHE) on resistance of exercise-induced fatigue in mice.【Methods】 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: a control group,and the low,middle and high dose of CHE groups.Control group was gavaged with distilled water,and CHE groups were gavaged with 0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg,0.1 g/kg of Huangqi extract for in 21 days,respectively.On the day of 22,the contents of urea nitrogen,lactic acid,creatinine and gastrocnemius muscle glycogen were measured after forced swimming for 40 minutes.Another identically grouped and treated as upper mentioned 40 mice were put into the tightly closed wide mouth bottle,and the oxygen consumption in 5 min,survival time and the content of hemoglobin were recorded.【Results】 Compared to control,CHE significantly decreased the level of urea nitrogen(P 0.05) and creatinine(P 0.01),and increased the content of gastrocnemius muscle glycogen(P 0.05).The lactic acid content were not given significantly change(P 0.05).High dose CHE group significantly increased the 5 min oxygen comsumption,and the content of hemoglobin(P 0.05),and significantly prolonged the survival time(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 Changbaishan Huangqi Extract may be participated in the process of Anti-fatigue via increasing muscle glycogen storage and oxygen carrying capacity,slowing down CP and protein metabolism.
